Boomers Collaborative Foundation

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization stewarding and advancing a model for affordable, resident-owned senior cooperative housing and nonprofit spaces that support economic opportunity, creativity, and connection across generations in Austin, Texas.

Except for the architect’s conceptual design, artwork throughout this site was generated with AI for Boomers Collaborative. These illustrations envision seniors participating alongside neighbors of all ages in the social, creative, and economic life of a walkable, mixed-use community. They express possibilities for the community we are working toward and do not depict an existing or approved development.
